A few minutes ago, my TH400 builder told me that if the Torque Converter Bolt WASHERS were supplied with the Converter … he installed them.
He assured me that he installed my, and MANY other Transmission … with no problems at all … especially Input Shaft Distance to Transmission Pump. He also pointed out the fact that I’ve been beating on the TH400 for over a year … with no problems … that would have shown before now. 👍🏼👍🏼😉
I received the 9.5-inch Converter from Mr. Jim Weise of Tri-Shield Performance with the Bolts and Bolt Washers.
Maybe the “noise” isn’t being caused by the driver side Exhaust Header … but the TH400 Converter to Pump issue. 🤔
Also, the driver side TA Performance Exhaust Header Tube really needs to be modified to CLEAR the Regal’s Chassis.
In closing, about 20 minutes after this video as my friend and I were on the way to her house; while we were at a red light … a guy stopped his white Maxima beside my Buick as he was passing and said, “That Shit Sounds ANGRY, Bro!!!”
My friend and I started laughing, and she😉⚘ said that was the BEST “motor sound-related compliment” she’s heard thus far.
