Consumer Reports Ranks Driver Assistance Systems

According of Digital Trends, Cadillac’s driver-assistance system ranked best among Tesla, Nissan, and Volvo.
Scored by Consumer Reports, Cadillac’s Super Cruise received top marks for monitoring drivers, and keeping them alert to the vehicle.
Tesla’s Autopilot came in second, receiving the highest marks for capability and performance, but Autopilot also got the lowest marks for monitoring inattentive drivers.
Testers at Consumers Reports said that Super Cruise and Autopilot were the clear winners out of their competition, adding that both systems accelerated and braked smoothly, while keeping cars centered in their lanes for miles at a time.
